1. Hyundai Department Store were the first department store to put a marketing AI system into practice.

They built an AI copywriting system “Lewis” based on HyperCLOVA, and are actively using it to write marketing text, such as copies, promotional blurbs, etc.

2. It reduced copywriting turnaround from an average of 2 weeks to 3 hours.

Traditionally, copywriting for an ad would take about 2 weeks, including pitching the idea, communicating with external copywriters, etc.

However, with the use of “Lewis” AI, this time was reduced from about 2 weeks to 3 hours, which greatly improved work efficiency. The idea behind developing Lewis was also to streamline copywriting. By adopting AI copywriting, we hoped to reduce the amount of time spent on that task and free up our employees for more creative work.

Hyundai Department Store heard that it was trained with 6500 times more Korean data than other AI services, and they think that made a big difference in the quality of the results in the end.

We have plans to further develop it into an e-commerce version with product details, banner ads, etc.
